Built In names Kalderos a Best Place to Work for third straight year

Kalderos is proud to be recognized by Built In as one of the 100 Best Places to Work in Chicago 2022 and 50 Best Small Companies to Work For in Chicago 2022. “It is exciting to see that our approach and our culture is being recognized by our community for the third year in a row!” says Jessica Bogart Kasper, Director of Organization & Culture Design.

Built In determines the winners of Best Places to Work based on an algorithm, using company data about compensation, benefits and companywide programming. To reflect the benefits candidates are searching for more frequently on Built In, the program also weighs criteria like remote and flexible work opportunities, programs for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and other people-first cultural offerings.

In 2021, Kalderos launched two major rounds of enhancements to its Discount Monitoring solution and welcomed a new partner to its 340B Pay solution, expanding on its vision for tech-enabled, patient-centered Drug Discount Management.

Bogart Kasper says, “At Kalderos, we approach culture through the lens of human-centered design, meaning that everything we do starts with research to understand the humans (our employees) we are designing for. We start by listening and learning from our team and benchmarking across others' best practices to develop hypotheses, test assumptions, and iteratively design solutions. We use this process to design across the employee experience, including employee onboarding, career development, and the future of work.”
